INTRODUCING....Food Fixing Friday

Sick of the same ol' recipes for dinner? Need some new ones to add to your dusty collection? Join us for Food Fixing Friday! We will link up for some wonderful recipes in all different categories.
Just write a post with your favorite recipe corresponding to the category that week and link up, so we can all copy it down.

This week the first category is CROCK POT RECIPES!

My favorite crock pot recipe is:

Creamy Chicken and Noodles

2 c. sliced carrots (cut small)
1 c. Sliced celery
2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or flakes)
2 lbs. chicken breasts
2- 10 3/4 cans of cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. peas
10 oz. wide noodles (cooked)

Place carrots, celery ad parsley in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the chicken on top of the veggies. Combine soup, water, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken and veggies. Cover. Cook on low 8-9 hours or on high 4-4 1/2 hours. Remove chicken from slow cooker. Cut into bite pieces and return to the slow cooker. Stir peas into mixture in slow cooker. Allow to cook for 5-10 more minutes. Pour over cooked noodles. Toss gently to combine.

Now it's your turn, what's your favorite crock pot recipe?!
