'Not Me' Monday! -camping edition-

'Not Me' Monday! -Camping edition-
Are you feeling guilty for leaving the windows open to catch a breeze when you know the air is on? Feel like a bag lady for wearing the same shirt for days on end? Get tricked by a fake news story and feel foolish? We'll don't! Not Me! Monday was born out of my desire to admit some of my imperfections and reveal a few moments I'd rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing!
Head over to Mckmama's blog to see why everyone else isn't perfect!

I most certainly did not have to go pee so bad this past week while camping, that I decided to just squat next to the tent, being careful to avoid the poison ivy, and go pee. And, I would never make it a habit, before bed, so that I didn't have to walk all the way to the bathroom.

While camping, I did not almost pack up and leave on the second day there. It would never rain for two straight days and make a monsoon ginormous lake around my tent. In no way would I let my hubby stand out in the pouring rain, building trenches in the mud with a piece of fire wood, to make the water run away from our tent, while I took a nap with the kids.

I did not make our family leave the night before we were originally going to leave, just so that I could have the entire day Sunday to clean, do laundry and finish up stuff, before the week starts.

My hubby did not decided to finally shave, after not shaving for 8 days, and decided that it would be funny to shave everything but his mustache. He knows I can't stand hate mustaches and he even went out in public with it, when we went to Costco. I would never tell him that mustaches make me think of pedophiles and that he needs to shave it right when we get home.

I would never take a break from all my cleaning and laundry to take over a rearranging craving to rearrange the play room. I did not move bookshelves, toys and even move onto moving stuff around in Chase's room. Who would do that, when I had tons of stuff to get done.

I am not prefect, someday I will realize that! Now you know some of my imperfections!

Sounds like the camping that I am used to! You were brave to tent camp with your littles!

You must be getting ready for a 20 week ultrasound?

I love the sidetrack cleaning projects!!! Or re-arrnaging!

Have a great week Kelly!
