'Not Me' Monday and Review/Giveaway for Letter Block Shop

Are you feeling guilty for leaving the windows open to catch a breeze when you know the air is on? Feel like a bag lady for wearing the same shirt for days on end? Get tricked by a fake news story and feel foolish? We'll don't! Not Me! Monday was born out of my desire to admit some of my imperfections and reveal a few moments I'd rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing!
Head over to Mckmama's blog to see why everyone else isn't perfect!

I would never sit at a baseball game for 7 straight hours, just to see the last Twins game in the dome...which ended up not being the last game. We will play again on Tuesday against Detroit to see who goes to the playoffs. I am not super pumped to watch this game from my couch!

I did not have some strange guy waiting behind me in line to get food at the game that said..."you have the most gorgeous head of hair." Seriously?! I will take that as a compliment, but I am not sure I would completely agree with that. ;)

(this is an idea of what he was looking at)

I have not been up for the past 3 nights coughing like crazy. I do not feel so sorry for Chase, who's had this cough for over a week. I would never just sanitize like crazy to get this nasty sickness out of our house.

I did not get a lot accomplished this weekend. I did not clean the house and sanitize like crazy. There is no way I would have time to finish Abby's tutu for her Halloween costume and there is not enough time in my weekend to make some adorably cute burp rags for baby #3.

(Abby's adorable tutu)

(one of the burp cloths that I made)

I did not have time to go to Once Upon a Child this weekend and find some adorably cute things for Abby and Chase. I do not have an addiction to that store. I did not tell myself that I will never go back on a Saturday....I am not one for crabby crowds!

I do not have one very sore husband from running his first marathon yesterday! He did not do great, for it being his first marathon, and he did not decide that would be his first and last marathon!

I am not perfect and now you know some of my imperfections!

{Now Onto business...} ;)

I have been so excited to do this review for a great store called Letter Block Shop. Lara's work is amazing!
She sent me letter blocks for Abby's room and they match better than I ever expected. The are so cute and fit right with her colors of her room theme.
Lara has an etsy shop and a website with her work on it, which the pictures don't do justice for. But make sure and take a peek anyway! :)

Here are some samples of her work...

I love decorating for the holidays and she has many different ideas for blocks, that would fit in anyone's house. Her blocks that she makes for children are adorable. They would be great for a baby shower or gift, birthday gift, or just because. She can customize it to any colors and name.

Here are the adorable blocks she made for Abby...

Want your chance to win up to 6 blocks, with your choice of name or phrase and your choice of colors?? Just go on over to Letter Block Shop or her Etsy store Letter Block Shop and tell me what your favorite design she has made is. Also, what name or phrase would you use on your blocks.

Funny that you were sitting watching the Twins while I was sitting watching the Tigers. We took both our boys to the game yesterday and we all had a good time. I'm anxious to see how today's game goes.

Live Laugh Love is one of my fave sayings, so I'd probably opt for that one for our living room!

What a great fabric combo for a burb rag! The flannel ones don't wipe stuff up as well - yours look super absorbent!

Oh and for the give away...At first I thought my favorite was the Faith Family Friends blocks, but then I saw the Believe blocks - they would match my mantel and I don't have very much for Christmas decorations for this house.

p.s. I'm a follower so here's my comment for that entry -
hope you are staying dry on this cold wet day!

Love Abby's tutu...so cute! And the burp cloth is adorable - is there anything you can't do?! ;)
BTW, You may have already answered this, but do you have names picked out for the new little one? Are you sharing them or keeping them under wraps? ;)

Now as far as the giveaway...loooove the pink damask blocks - they would be perfect in Libbi's room. Also love the "joy" and "noel" in the christmas blocks - they are so cute!

I hope you and Chase feel better soon! There's a bug going around here that makes you cough for a month! I had it, Dylan had it, and my nephew had it.
The tutu is adorable! Can't wait to see her costume!

I like the SAM blocks, the ones that match the Andy bedding. SO cute. I would want to get my son's name, but his name is 7 letters so I might have to buy an extra block if I win.

Okay first of all the burp cloth and tutu are ADORABLE! I love your Not Me's! I have a shopping addict for my kiddo too =) If only I could have one for buying for myself! ha!

My favorite design that I found was SAM--to match "Andy" Caden Lane Bedding (in the Children's blocks). Such cute gender neutral colors. I love it!

But what I would like to have would be the name Sawyer in UK blue and something. My sister is having a baby boy and her baby shower is in November, that would be a perfect gift! Thank you fort he chance to win! Isn't her stuff the cutest?!
