'Not Me' Monday!

Are you feeling guilty for leaving the windows open to catch a breeze when you know the air is on? Feel like a bag lady for wearing the same shirt for days on end? Get tricked by a fake news story and feel foolish? We'll don't! Not Me! Monday was born out of my desire to admit some of my imperfections and reveal a few moments I'd rather forget. You may find it therapeutic to join in and do the same thing!
Head over to Mckmama's blog to see why everyone else isn't perfect!

I have not spent a lot of my {free time} this week getting our childcare packet revised, updated and printed out for some interviews that we have set up this week. I am not ecstatic that I will be working with my sister-in-law and we will finally be continuing my starting our in home daycare together.

I did not spend some of my weekend, climbing around at 'Pump It Up,' with both my kids at a birthday party. There is no way I would attempt to go in the obstacle course with both kids and then come to the part of the course where it says {Squeeze}. It was not kidding and that part was not made for pregnant people...no really, it wasn't!

My car battery did not die, while making last minute clean ups at my old townhouse. (this is the first time I have EVER had a dead battery) I did not have to go ask my sherrif neighbor to come an jump my car, that had my two kids and one girl that I watch, waiting to go home and eat lunch. I did not stop by McDonalds on the way home, cause my kids were complaining that they couldn't wait to get all the way home to eat.

My car was not dead again this weekend, when my sister-in-law and I were headed out to go shopping at the outlet mall. We would never jump my car with hers and then take off to the mall. When done with our 3 hour shopping excursion, my car was not dead again! I would never push my car out into the parking isle, 7 months prego, so that I could stop some stranger to give me a jump. I did not end up getting a new battery this weekend. Batteries for cars do not weigh a TON!

I did not get to go grocery shopping this weekend...with only my sister-in-law and {no} kids. While checking out I read that they have flu shots available. I would never put the rest of my grocery bags in the cart and then go over to the pharmacy to get my flu shot, since my clinic has been out my past two visits. Who gets a flu shot at a grocery store?? Not me!

I am not perfect, thou sometimes I think I am, and now you know some of my imperfections!

I got a flu shot at Kroger the other day too...I kept trying to get one at my doctor's office, but they were out, and they kept telling me that they didn't know when they would be getting them in, and they said that they might not get them at all, so I just broke down and went into Kroger!

Too funny! I am just waiting for the day I have car trouble with my daughter in the car, who will no doubt be starving. However, I will not (wink) use it as an excuse to stop by McDonalds!
Just found your blog. Love it! Thanks for stopping by mine!

Thanks for stopping by your blog. I had to smile at you "Not Me's". Here's hoping that was the last of the car trouble for a while!
