Ready for Jillian




I am ready for Jillian {to kick my butt}

I can't wait for the 'go-ahead' from my doctor, to workout. I am so pumped to be back to my pre-pregnancy body. I can't really say I loved being pregnant, just because it was so hard on my body, but I can't wait to get back to lil' old me, and fit into all my clothes again.
The weight is already dropping off like crazy {got to love breastfeeding} but don't get me wrong, I got quite a few pounds to go, before I am at a {happy weight}.

This DVD has got nothing but great reviews and I am ready for the challenge! Bring it on Jillian, I will be ready for you in about 2 1/2 weeks.

I am in my cousins wedding in June, I want to be able to go out on the lake this summer and wear a bikini that I love,  I want to git in my cute summer tanks and a mini skirt I bought last summer, I want to have the energy I did in high school-when I played soccer, I want to be happy when I put on anything from my closet and I want to be me!

Do any of you have this DVD or tired it out? What worked best for you to drop the pregnancy weight?
Do you watch {The Biggest Loser?} My hubby and I love that show. It gives us motivation and it is inspiring too.

I have it and she really does kick your butt. You start out on easy and 10 minutes into it your arms are jello. I haven't gotten back into it since we had the holidays but plan on it soon. You're in for a really good (and hard) work out.

I still have 18 lbs to drop boo. I love the biggest loser!

Oh I should look into this dvd.. I need to do something and that is doctors orders but I just never seem to make time. Life is busy with 4 kids!

I wish you luck. You sound like you are already on the right track by wanting it! And wanting something is the first step to gettting it!

I got the DVD for Christmas.
I started "practicing" Monday, and I am going to practice all this week because I am NOT in shape - at all!
But, I begin my "30 days" next Monday.
She is serious, but it's what I need because I'm a slacker :(

it is sooo hard at first but i love it! bfing is the best... i'd never made it back without it!

I've heard great things about the Shred!

I am doing a Biggest Loser workout. I am so out of shape.

I also want to be at my happy weight and yes, pregnancy is hard on your body!

I have started it like 3 times..lol it wil kick your butt but I think if you really stick to it it will get you in shape! I am planning to start it next week!! and stick to it!!

I have lost all of my preg weight (65lbs) it took a year and I owe it ALL TO BREASTFEEDING! I ate wahtever I wanted and I havent worked out really but I am ready now.. Ive lost all the weight now I want to tone things back up!

You look great right now seriously.. you will lose it in no time!!

I started the 30 Day Shred back in December. It really is HARD for the first week, but then you get into a great "groove" and start feeling fantastic! I didn't make it the full 30 days because we all got sick and then the holidays hit...but Day 1 for me is this weekend! Good luck!

I did the video for 30 days and lost 14 pounds and six inches! Good luck with it!! :) The pain goes away after the first week :D

I have this dvd and it does kick your butt. It makes you pretty sore. Unfortunately, it also seems to bother my knees so most of the time I prefer to stick with running. But it makes for a good alternative workout when I can't sneak out.
