Spring has sprung!

It's FINALLY Spring!

We have been playing outside a ton and working on our yard. It is weird moving in the winter, we really had no clue what our yard was going to look like.
We have a rock waterfall in the backyard, that definitely need some attention. {for daycare, we might have to just fill the water part with rocks, so it isn't a safety thing}
We also have some sort of bricked in garden. {I would love to be a green thumb, but I am so far from it} We are going to take out the bricks, board it up and make a huge sandbox.
We have quite a bit of dead leaves to rake up {this house was unoccupied for 7 months} and some trees to trim, but things are looking good. We can't wait to have green grass and a fence around our yard.

Here are some pictures from this past week...

Of course, I can't forget a few of my little muffin...

There is one downfall that I think about spring....can anyone guess???

Allergies are my biggest drawback to Spring...yuck! Did you get my email? I don't know if something is wrong with my email, and I'm not getting them back from you.

How funny to move and not know what the backyard looks like! We sold our house in Winter when we left Virginia and that never even occurred to me! :) I hope the folks that bought our house were pleasantly surprised by the tulips and daffodils that bloomed after the snow melted.
Hmm, is it allergies that you don't like with Spring? Is there a certain critter that comes out in spring? Can't wait to hear...

It looks like they are having a ton of fun. I can't wait to get outside when it warms up. What kind of fence are you guys putting in? We are looking into fencing our backyard this year too.

Hum, my guess is road kill. lol, I hate driving past it all in the spring. (hope that wasn't to gross) :)

We are loving the warm weather too! We also need to get to work in our flower beds. They look horrible after this winter. Unfortunately neither my husband or I have a green thumb either.
