Kiddotags Review and Giveaway!

    

 

If you have been reading my blog for some time...you know how I love to be {organized}. I LOVE labels!

Well, I have found a {love} over at Kiddotags. They have labels for everything!

Did I mention these labels are GREAT!?

If you child is going to daycare or in school, these are perfect to make sure you child (and their teacher/provider) knows which stuff is theirs.

Gabby sent me labels for my kids, and I will honestly admit, when they came in the mail, I ran around the house looking for things to put them on.

Lovies For My Babies

   

  Hannie over at Lovies for my Babies makes the most adorable lovies for kids!

I am in LOVE with the ones she sent my daughters. {Is that wrong that I want one too?} 

Aren't these just adorable?! 

   

     

   

 She makes all different ones and they can match your child's hair and eye color too.

She made Makenzie and Abigail one and they love them. They call them their {comfy} babies!
Abby had a 30 minute melt down when she couldn't find hers, the second night she had it. I thought I was going to have to e-mail Hannie to whip up another one, before Abby's 'world ended'.

These lovies are made so well and are so soft. They have 'weighted' legs and arms (with little 'beans') that make them the perfect weight. They are perfect for any little set of hands to carry around and snuggle. Hannie can put as much or as little detail into each customized lovie. They match each kids personality and features.

8 Months Old

  

Makenzie's 8 Months Old!

You are growing up so quick...

I am only human...

   

So, lately Chas has been having some pretty rough days and been REALLY pushing my buttons. I know think he knows better and that he is just trying to get attention...negative or positive.

I get really frustrated {cause I am only human} and usually end up sending him to his room for a time out.

I have to watch 7 other kids besides him and don't have time to deal with it everyday. I was out of options and things to do to make it better. UNTIL, I got an e-mail from my MIL. She made some good points, that since Makenize is such a mommy's girl, I always usually have her attached to my hip. He might feel as if he isn't getting any one on one attention and that all my attention is geared toward Kenzie. 

He had a really rough time when Abby was born, since he didn't get 100% of the attention anymore. 

I will have to admit that I am not very good at giving Chase {and Abby} one on one time. Makenzie always wants me to hold her and during the day, I have to share my attention with 7 other kids.

My MIL mentioned making time for Chase, with just him and I, and not Makenzie. I have tried doing that and it is going well. He loves when we get to read together and practice his number and letters. 

Days are SO much longer when I have to argue and 'fight' with him, so I will take any advice from all you. I know Boys will be Boys, but if you have anything that has worked for you or suggestions to try, I am all for it. 

I just want him to get through the day without a 'million' time outs!

I mean....how could you be mad at a {silly} face like this...

The Simple Things...

   

We are going on our annual camping trip soon and I need a "high chair" for Kenzie, so that she could be at the table with us.

For Chase and Abby, I just took one of those plastic booster chairs and strapped it sideways to the picnic table bench. {Not my idea of safe} Not to mention, they don't face the table.

So I asked around and this is what I came up with....

  

A chair that hooks on the table. {They are great for restaurants too}

She loves being at the table with is and when she eats her Puffs...she can take them right off the table. It is safe and convenient...not to mention compact for traveling.

She is a happy girl which equals a happy mama!

Can't wait to go camping...we LOVE camping!

Garage Sale Chaos

I have been so busy getting my garage sale ready, I have had no time to sit down and blog. 

I haven't even been checking my e-mail {which is rare for me}

All my hard work looks like this...

That might not look like a ton of stuff...but let me reassure you it is a ton of baby clothes and other stuff.

The first day was non-stop chaos till 2:30, when we got our first break to sit down. {we realized out signs fell down} we put them up and the chaos kept going.

Day 2 was busy but not chaos. 

We will see how day 3 goes tomorrow...time to start slashing prices! NOTHING is going back into my house.

And last but not least...a picture of my adorable muffin...
