What you’ll need:
1-2 lbs of chicken breasts – I used the breast tenders pieces
½ sleeve of Ritz crackers - crushed
½ sleeve of saltine crackers - crushed
1 cup of flour
¼ cup of oil – for frying
Defrost your chicken.
Pour oil in a fry pan, on medium-medium low heat. Beat eggs in a bowl, pour the flour on a plate and pour the crackers on a plate. Place in an assembly line, flour, egg, crackers, with the crackers closest to your frying pan.
Dry off your chicken breast.
Then coat in the flour. Next Dip in the egg and finally coat with the crackers.
Then place the coated chicken in the fry pan. Make sure to turn the chicken about every 4-5 minutes. Cook till they are no longer pink and until the coating is a light golden brown.
