Who Am I?

I am a sarcastic, outgoing and a OCD clean freak mama of four littles.

I have a huge heart and a very giving manner! I don't like surprises and I will try just about anything once!

I have a terrible temper (thanks dad) that my hubs despises and I try to 'get rid of' daily!

I can't stand being sweaty and for this reason I procrastinate about working out.

I am very protective of my family and stick up for them at all costs. My family means everything to me and I am very family oriented.

When I get an idea in my head, I go with it promptly. I am a 'doer'...enough talk, let's get it done!

My long term memory is amazing and since the birth of my 3rd child, my short term memory doesn't really exist.
Stuck.with.the.preggo.brain.forever!

I may talk a lot, but can keep a secret when needed!

I try to be fashion savvy, but I am pretty sure my kids have more fashion than me.

I have had way too many cars since I got my license. (I could be rich, if I didn't have to buy so many cars) I have had my fair share of crashes and totals, but now with kids, I am a much better driver!

I am addicted to coffee. I don't function very well without it in the morning.

I am compulsive about rearranging and changing things. We filter through toys...out with the old, in with the new used!

I grew up with my mom making everything homemade, so living on my own and cooking for myself, at 18, was a shock. I am no Betty Crocker, but I have come a long way! I no longer make my hubby blackened rubber chicken for dinner!

I love having a big family. When people say I am crazy or a 'super mom,' it just gives me motivation to be a better mom. I chose 4 kids and I wouldn't have it any other way! My kids are my world and through good times and bad, I love them beyond words! I would be lost without my kids, they keep me on my toes.

I have no patience for people who don't 'pay attention' to kids. Even if you don't have kids, sometimes kids don't always make the best decisions, no matter the age, they always need to be looked out for!

I am a daughter that tries my hardest to stay connected with my family. I am very family oriented and and love being around my family! Having my kids grow up around their cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents is huge for me. I want them to have those close knit relationships!

I am a wife, who tries daily to be the best at my marriage that I can possibly be. I am not perfect and only human, but try to live my life in God's eyes daily! I learn daily through mistakes and trials...I can always try harder and be more patient.

I am a sister to two amazing brothers, who are also my best friends. I might not live right next door to them, but I do my best at keeping in touch and getting together as much as possible.

I am me! Flawed, learning, encouraging, helpful, and not as perfect as my eyes always see me.
I am proud of the wife, mom, daughter and sister that I am!

Couldn't agree more with the "doer" comment. I'm so impulsive with my ideas too....drives the husband crazy!

Kelly you are a blessing! A caring, thoughtful, CREATIVE, imaginative, perfectionist, fun, loving, and beautiful person. I'm so thankful I have you as a sister-in-law. I love living life together. We have much to teach one another, and I often miss our days working together. This post was great, it's not every day a woman can identify their qualities the way God wants us to. Way to set a standard. Love you

People who don't pay attention to the children around them. Agreed. Even if it's a friend's kid - keep an eye out! Ugh! Nice to see another Mom to four :)
