::This is what you'll need::
3 cans of Pillsbury buscuits
1 bag of mini pepperonis
Shredded cheese (I used colby jack)
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg (beaten)
Roll each biscuitinto a flat circle. Add cheese and pepperonis
Pinch all the ends together at the center
Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan, with the pinched side on the bottom
I even used some leftover breakfast sasuage in some of them
When you are done, your pan should look like this...
Brush the beaten egg over the tops of all the pizza balls
Sprinkle with Parmesan chees, Italian seasoning and garlic salt
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 ish minutes, or until golden brown.
Ta-da! An amazing lunch that is simply amazing!
